Class 5 Requirements
- To be eligible to take the Class 5 road test in British Columbia, you must have held a Novice driver’s licence for a continuous period of 24 months without any driving prohibitions.
- If you complete a certified driver education program, you may be eligible for a six-month reduction in the learner’s stage. This means you could be eligible to take the Class 5 road test after eighteen months instead of 24 months
